Spa Arrival & Etiquette

We at La Spa recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before your first scheduled appointment. This allows you time to relax and familiarise yourself with our surroundings before your scheduled therapie. Please note all treatments end on time regardless of start time. For the enjoyment of our guests, please note that mobiles are not permitted.

 Reservations

To avoid disappointment we recommend you book at least 2-4 weeks in advance of your preferred date and choice of treatment time. Credit Card Details are required to secure bookings. Our knowledgeable Spa experience co-ordinators are delighted to guide you through the experience that suits your needs. You may also use the 'Make an Appointment' online form.

 Health Matters

Please inform us of any health conditions at the time of booking your appointment.This includes high blood pressure, heart condition, allergies or pregnancy.

 Part & Full Day Spa Packages

Full payment is required at time of booking to confirm your reservation. All Day Spa Packages are strictly non-refundable, however are transferable to an alternative date or named person subject to availability and a minimum of three days notice.

 Comfort

For your comfort and convenience, robes, towels, slippers and lockers are provided for your complimentary use during your visit.

 Spa Attire

Day and half day packages; you will receive a robe and slippers to wear between treatments and a locker for your personal belongings. La Spa Therapie are not responsible for lost items. For your comfort undergarments may be worn during treatments but rest assured our therapists are highly trained in correct draping procedure for complete privacy.

 Age Requirements

Minimum age is 16yrs.

 Spa Experience Co-ordinators

All of our Spa experienced co-ordinators are available to assist you in customising your own personal experience from planning your treatment to answering any questions you may have.

 Gratuities

Leaving gratuities is optional and much appreciated.Your personal recommendation is our best reward. Your privacy is highly respected at La Spa Therapie.

 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours before your appointment time will not incur a charge however any later and a fee of 50% of the therapy will be charged.
